Hi Guys,

I'm a new RME user.  I've recently started using a Digiface USB (with my Prism Atlas for ADDA) and an ARC USB controller on a Mac M1 Studio Ultra and Ventura 13.5.2.

I have the USB B to A cable plugged into the front USB C port of the Mac Studio, using a USB A to C adapter, as I've run out of USB A ports on the Mac and my USB hub, but I don't see why that should make any difference.

It seemed to work fine for the first few days, but in the last week, it started disconnecting (i.e. pressing any of the buttons or turning the knob does nothing), and I have to plug it out and reconnect it to get it working again. It's now getting annoying as it its happening multiple times a day now.

Anyone had this experience or know how to rectify?
