Topic: Mac suddenly not recognizing UCX. Please help.

Hi, today my mac M1, using Monterrey 12.6 is not showing my UCX as a hardware option. I use it with USB.

* I am unable to flash any update because the software for updating doesn't recognize the hardware. Total Mix does not recognize it either.

* The Host light is OFF once USB cable is plugged in.

*CC Mode is off

*If I plug it to an Ipad with CC Mode ON, the UCX works perfectly fine.

Any ideas?

Do you see the UCX in the system report (about this Mac)under USB? If not check the cabling, take out USB hubs, change cables, until you see it in the system Report. (command+R to refresh the system report)

So this happened out of a sudden? Did the UCX work on this computer before?
What RME USB driver version do you have installed?

UCX - FF 400 - Babyface pro - Digiface USB - ADI-2 (original)
Mac mini M1 - Macbook pro - iPad Air2
