Topic: problem with ff800 help!!!

hello everyone!!!
I have a problem with my ff 800,
after switching on the mains power, all the LEDs light up and stay on all the time.
the computer does not detect the device.
please help !

Sounds like it could be a problem with the power supply which will require repair. There may very well be an RME authorized repair location in your country...
