Topic: Adi pro 2/4 SE - caldigit ts4 element hub - windows - clicks

Hello everyone,
The last couple of days, I am using my Adi pro 2/4 se via a caldigit ts4 element hub & I am experiencing random clicks & pops and bitcrashed audio. I need to use such a docking station because I am switching from mac os to windows occasionaly. This occurs on a Windows 10 dell laptop. I would like to ask you if there is anything I could do about it. Thank you

Which model is your Dell laptop? I experienced similar artifacts until I disabled E-cores in BIOS. Could be your case, too. Windows 10 is known for not being able to correctly schedule load across heterogenous CPU cores, and Windows 11 does not supposedly suffer from that, but I haven't yet checked this.

Coincidentally, my laptop is the same model smile I must say that I did not notice any real performance loss after I disabled the E-cores, but the DPC latencies improved and I feel that the machine is a bit more responsive now.

When I decide it's time to upgrade to Windows 11, I'll test it with E-cores enabled. But for now, I'm satisfied.
