Topic: UCX II Encoder Gets Stuck (held down)

Hi there, I just got a UCX II and updated to latest firmware (106) / driver (1246) on windows.

The main encoder on the front acts like it is pressed down every second indent when I turn it. So, i turn it one indent, and it will turn off because it thinks its being held down. I also can't turn it back on with out replugging the power cord. The only way to stop it from turning off is to turn it again another indent.

Unfortunately, this means I can't use the main encoder. Does anyone know what would cause this and whether there is a fix for it? Or does it need to be exchanged for a new one?

Can you press the encoder in or is it kinda stuck? Sounds like a hardware error that requires exchange.

I can press it normally, every second indent it works correctly when pressed.

Please return it to your retailer as a warranty issue.
