As @Babaluma said, yes.

Internally, there are two independent DSP + DAC signal path‘s, named 1/2 and 3/4.

On the rear there are two pairs of balanced outputs, XLR and TRS.
XLR is linked to 1/2, rear TRS can be assigned to the same 1/2 signal path, or to 3/4.

1/2 has two sets of fully independent DSP parameters, Line and ‘Phones, that can switch automatically when headphones are plugged in the front TRS, or manually.
