Topic: Ufx ii inputs 10 and 12 less input level with same source

HI TEAM

I have the exact same settings in my totalmix for inputs 9 and 10 ( set to instrument and each in channel in mono )
For some reason there is an enormous difference in the level  on the channel 9 SHOWING -7.7 db and channel 10 SHOWING  -43 db

the same thing happens with channel 11 with -7.7 db and 12 with -43db with the same source connected with a TRS cable

I really cant understand whats happening here

Did you test cable flip ?
Cable from channel 9 to channel 10 and cable from channel 10 to channel 9 ?
To sort out one source is less ? What is the source ?
Also a Total Reset is to consider

hi - yes a changed the cables
the source is the same
its a saw wave from an analog synth

what is a total reset ?

Total Reset is a reset of Totalmix, to perform when things are not going as expected,
in the menu Option - Reset Options - Total Reset

But backup your workspace 1st to the computer, and you can also save it to one of the Quick workspace select slots.

If you saved the current workspace to Quick Workspace, select slot #1 (of 30 in total), you can restore your current settings in a second by pressing ALT-F1 in TM FX (2nd Slot ALT-F2 and so on …).

If this only affects these channels and flipping cables doesn't help, this could be a hardware issue. Do the inputs behave the same when not set to INST?

did the total reset
same thing
turned off the inst - same thing  sad
so do u think its a hardware thing ? what could have caused this ?
