Topic: FireFace UFX II - No headphone output

Windows 11 Pro, latest drivers, latest version of firmware.
I'm running TotalMix in full mode.

No matter what I try I cannot get any headphone output on 11/12 or 9/10. The frustrating thing is that it was working before. I am getting output on my studio monitors on Analog 1/2, no problem there. I have tried the full reset trick and that did not help. I also tried reinstalling the drivers (didn't remove).

A screenshot of your Totalmix would be helpful.

The screenshot shows : nothing is routed to the Phones 1, therefor no music on headphone 1.
All faders in the middle row are down.
You should lift up the first fader Software Playback Channels
Wondering how you did manage to get music to the monitor speakers...?

How do I simply route everything that goes to Main to my headphone. I tried dragging Main over to Phones1. It's not real plain how routing is done.

Click onto the Phones1 output channel field, it get highlighted.
Then pull up faders from top-row or middle-row.
That's it.
Click once the main-out to see wich faders are up.
Then pull up the same faders for the Phones 1

You have to understand this basic principe of Totalmix.
Select Output, pull-up faders for routing.

Then is also the possibility of copy/paste available.
Right-click into main-out, copy
right-click into Phones 1, paste
