Topic: RME FIREFACE UFX USB connection

Hello,

would it be ok to connect my UFX through USB with my PC in a USB 3 port?
(Although the UFX has USB 2)
Would this create any problems?

USB3 ports are fully (pin-) compatible to USB2 and those pins lead to the USB2 infrastructure part of an USB3 controller (no matter whether from chipset or 3rd party). USB3 uses extra pins in an USB3 plug.
