Topic: Fireface 802 No Longer Loading Mac OS 11.7.10

I've had no issues with this unit until the other day when it suddenly stopped being recognised by Cubase.
It is the same with Logic.
I have replaced the USB cable 4 times, tried all USB ports, uninstalled and reinstalled the driver - no luck.
I have also trashed preferences.
The unit is being seen in the system report and the firmware updater.
But when trying to update the firmware, the update makes no progress whatsoever.
I have an older version of Mojave on a bootable drive, so have launched that and connected the Fireface to Cubase in there with no issue.
But Mojave only goes as far as Cubase 11, and I am running a later version now in the OS that is having the issues.
Any other ideas to find a solution would be greatly appreciated.

You may reveal what computer it is (intel or ARM) and the MacOS version who has the issue and wich driver version you tried ?
With the Mojave MacOS can you run the FUT and update the firmware ? I would try.

it is an Intel Mac running OS 11.7.10.
I cannot update the firmware past what is already installed under Mojave - newer drivers are not compatible, so it will not load.

Then the firmware seems to be up to date, what version is this newer driver yo tried ?
The 328B2 should be good.
