Topic: Babyface Pro is not recognized by Windows 10

Hello,

After installing the operating system on a new computer, my Babyface Pro was no longer recognized by win10  as a playback device.

At the moment, my Babyface Pro operates as a standalone device using  USB 2 and USB 3  bus of the new PC,  Latest   driver (driver_usb_win_1249) controls the card without any problem, I can see it in Device Manager as Sound, video and game controller ,  but windows  does not pass sound through it...

-The card was tested on other computers, on Mac and on my old PC -works excellent !

I've been trying to figure this out for days with no success, any information would be greatly appreciated.

Is it in CC mode?

Thanks for reply
No, it's not in CC mode.

I meant that the babyface  is fully functioning when powered by the computer, also  appears in Device manager but windows does not perceive it as an audio device.

Have you enable the WDM devices in Fireface USB Settings Window? (Fire symbol in system tray).
