Topic: [SOLVED] How to route sound from the browser to the VST plugin?

Hello! I am trying to reach the next goal: I would like to route sound from my browser to my VST "Waves Key Detector" which gives the possibility to know in which key the song was created. Is it possible to do this with Babyface PRO and any DAW like Cubase 13 PRO?

I have:
RME Babyface Pro
Windows 10 Pro
Cubase 13 Pro

Re: [SOLVED] How to route sound from the browser to the VST plugin?

This should work using the loopback feature in Totalmix.
Route the software playback channels where the audio from your browser arrives to an unused hardware output (let’s say ADAT 7-8). Activate loopback on this outputs. The signal now reaches the corresponding hardware input channels, so ADAT 7-8. In Cubase, choose this channels as inputs for the VST plug-in.

FF 400 - Babyface pro - Digiface USB - ADI-2 (original)
Mac mini M1 - Macbook pro - iPad Air2
