Topic: Resolved. Adat receive and transmit jack for FF UFX II

Hello RME family, I need to replace the adat jacks on my Fireface UFX II. Does anyone know the part numbers and where I can get them?

I did email as well as spoke to Jeff there twice and for some reason he's not getting back to me. I can do this repair myself and just need the parts. It's  been a week now not hearing back from him so I'm going to call him again today. I'm disappointed with his support. This is a simple part.

Ok just spoke to Jeff at support and he said he just got the response from Germany regarding the parts and will have an invoice emailed to me today so I can get them ordered and make the repair. All is well in RME land once again.
