Topic: New Fireface UCX II - rapidly flashing screen?

I've regularly used the firewire version of the Fireface for many many years and last month replaced it with a new UCX II.

I was just using it and the LED screen was suddenly flashing and unreadable, it looks like the view out a train window, with the foreground rapidly scrolling to the left.

I don't know how to post a video here. Assuming this isn't normal. What should I do?

Hi. I believe I have the same issue. The brand new unit, followed setup process and flashed with latest updates/firmware on Mac.

Guess I need to factory reset, but cannot find anywhere how to do this?

I just noticed that the green light on the power supply is doing the same thing as the screen...

Tried an alternate adapter - everything is working, so seems to be a faulty power block?
