I guess this could be easily done Just send the zoom to a different output than yours and record the outputs, or your input and zoom's output.
Then how would I send the zoom to a separate channel in durec and mic to another.

Normal routing in Totalmix
Click into an output channel then pull up the fader of the input channel or the software playback channel at another output channel.
But you probably don't need to do this routing as DUREC can record the input channels, just hit rec on the mic input.

Yes but Du-rec can't record direct software playback channels so the zoom should go to an output where the mic input doesn't go, otherwise he will have a mic input recorded track plus an output recorded track which contains the zoom AND the mic.
