Hello,
I have a UFX+ connected to an Octamic XTC.
This morning I turn on my cards and I have octamic preamps which saturate although it worked perfectly yesterday.
Even if I unplug my XLRs, I have this problem
Do you have any idea of the origin of the problem?
Not many information that you deliver about your setup.
Does this only happen on input channels 5 and 7 of the XTC?
What are their gain settings, and what is connected to these inputs?
Do you use Auxdevice for remote control? Then you could make a screenshot of gain settings in TM FX.
Alternatively, you can use RME connector.
The unit seems to malfunction and needs repair. Might be the power supply, but I can't remember this was ever reported like here.

i turn off and on several times for tests (at least between 15/20 times) ,and it seems ok....i don't understand ....Finger cross
@MC i waiting for the next malfunction before repair : In case of malfunction and repair do you know approximately how long will it take to repair it (i'm in france) ?
