Topic: [ Solved ] Fireface UCX USB Setting and Totalmix Can't Open

My Mac mini version is Sonoma 14.4.1 M1
And I had download the USB Setting Driver on the website and accept the security on my Mac
But the USB Setting App and Totalmix App cannot open on my Mac mini

Is that USB2.0 line link to my Mac have a problem?
If I change another USB2.0 line or Firewire 400 line this problem might be solved?
Or my Fireface UCX have a hardware problem?
I'm so nervous.

Hello Ray, a warm welcome to the forum first, your English is fine, no problem.
May be the unit is set to CC-mode by mistake ?
Disconnect from USB and push the encoder knob for a second, the display should show oF, not on.

If that not helps we have to look at the driver and firmware.
What driver version have you installed ?

M1-Sequoia, Madiface Pro, Digiface USB, Babyface silver and blue

The old UCX needs a firmware update for DK driver 4.10...
