Topic: Is it possible to use DigiCheck NG with Tablet ? iOS/Android

As subject asks,
is it possible to use External Monitor or a cheap tablet with DigiCheck NG ? [ not an hdmi monitor that connected to the Mac ]

afaik its available for iPad only in the Appstore:

Apparently it's only available on iPad, I tried it with Macbook but it doesn't work. Or there was some error
