Topic: ADI-2 DAC FS Headphone Output wont Pan

First I thought the issue was with my headphone so I disconnected one side of the headphone cable attached to one cup  (Hifiman Nano) and lost the signal on both side.

Tried to pan from the ADI-2 in the menus and the sound doesn't pan either, it just get lower in gain.

I opened Audacity to make a quick test and panned the signal left and right completely and same thing, the signal just get lower in pain but don't pan.

So I thought I'd try another pair of Headphone (My old Q701) and same thing.

Is there a setting I might have omitted to change or that I have changed that could result in this behaviour or is it a known behaviour/issue ?

In I/O menu:
Source : Auto
Hi Power : OFF (Greyed out)
Auto Ref Level : ON
MONO : OFF
Width : 0.00
M/S Proc: OFF
Polarity : OFF
Crossfeed : OFF
DA Filter : NOS
De-Emphasis : Auto (Greyed out)
Dual EQ: OFF
Volume : -34.0 dBr
Lock Volume : OFF
Balance : (C)
Mute : OFF
Dim: OFF
Loopback to USB : OFF
Dig DC Protection OFF

Any pointers would be great.

Thank you for your help.

Re: ADI-2 DAC FS Headphone Output wont Pan

Just for the sake of keeping a log, I won't delete the topic but for some reason, I was just going through all the settings again, reactivated Load B/T w. Preset and then went in Volume and now I could pan normally.

Not sure what happened there.
