Topic: ADI 2 DAC red flashing light on power button

Hello!

I’ve recently been gifted  a ADI DAC 2 from a relative but I unfortunately plugged in the wrong power supply into the DAC and seemed to have broken it. I don’t believe the dac is in warranty as it was purchased feb 2022. I recently registered it as it wasn’t done so yet. What are my options?

Send it in. Repair - even if charged - is usually not that expensive.

Repair - even if charged - is usually not that expensive.

In US, I had to pay $250 to have mine repaired after a similar failure (wrong power supply plugged in).

So, 20% the cost of a new device.

Synthax, is the shop/distributor listed on RME website
