Hello, I am a sound producer living in Korea.
Previously, the device was replaced due to the problem, but all the devices received were equally dusty inside the liquid crystal, and strange stains were found. It's the same even if you receive an exchange, so I'm contacting you like this to request additional exchange and improve quality in the future.
The dust in the picture doesn't disappear even if you wipe it. It looks like that when you shine light, and I think it's inside the glass, but I can't disassemble it and take it out, but I want it to be replaced. I have been continuously requesting it for a long time due to initial defect,

The dust is invisible when the display is on.
My ADI-2/4 Pro SE does not have dust inside.
But - it took me 5 min to clean the display’s outside enough to confirm that.
I don’t live in a clean-room.
If the display is perfectly visible when on, what‘s the problem? Dust is just everywhere. It‘s entropy at last.
