Topic: [Solved] Win 11 not seeing the RME Digiface channels for sound

Hi, just done a fresh install of windows, installed the RME digiface USB latest drivers, they appear in device manager and all working properly but when i select my Sound output form windows there are only the onboard options available like realtek and my monitor speakers.

Any ideas on what to do to get them working, the channels show up in total mix, just not windows.. weird..
any help appreciated..

thanks
Tony

update: the interface is showing in DAWs like Ableton now ive got some installed, but not windows..

Hello

In the User Manual, page 14 chapter 7.2 Option WDM Devices you may find how to do it.

Thanks Tony

Since the driver v1.250 for UCX II RME changed from 0 to 3 default devices (visible in Windows Sound Settings), I suppose to avoid possible confusion as in my case at the beginning and now as yours
