Topic: Stereo output with volume control on aes output of Adi-2/4 pro se?

Hi all,

I notice that when setting the dig out source to main out, the stereo aka left right information is not available which is strange. I am hearing sound coming out from the speakers but the stereo image is not available.

However, if i change the settings to default, the stereo image becomes available.

I am running usb and spdif as source to the adi-2/4, with the aes/ebu output connected to the genelec 8351b. Essentially digital into the 8351b

Any advice what i am doing wrong?

Check the DSP settings:

I/O / Line Out 1/2 / Settings / Mono: “OFF”

I/O / Line Out 1/2 / Settings / Width: 1.00

I/O / Line Out 1/2 / Settings / M/S-Proc: “OFF”

I/O / Line Out 1/2 / Settings / Phase Invert: “OFF”

I/O / Line Out 1/2 / Settings / Crossfeed: “OFf”

I/O / Line Out 1/2 / Settings / Balance: “<C>”
