Topic: PCI Card Rev. 1.5 with power problems. (Modification of the HDSP PCI?)

Hi,

I got a PCI Card Rev. 1.5.
Its only detected "occasional" when pc is turned on

Card has NO "Mod" like described here: https://archiv.rme-audio.de/en/support/faq/hdsp_pci.php

What do you think, will "THE MOD" Fix my Problems?

If the card is occasionally not detected at bootup, the modification should help.
I don't think there's a connection with power supply for the MF, though. Is this an original Multiface of MF II?

Stupid question but "modding" through RME is too expensive, or?

I don't know... Where are you located? You could just look for a local technician, this isn't rocket science...

Sorry, we have no representatives in such exotic places... :-)

If you can't find anyone locally, contact Audio AG and ask if they can send it in for a modification for you. Can't estimate the price in advance, though, I'm afraid.
