Topic: Old RayDAT into a new Mac Pro

Hello All,
I've been using a an HDSPe RayDAT in my ~2010 Mac Pro to connect with my Tascam DM24. It has been working great. As the Mac is old and can no longer be updated for OS or even Chrome, I'm considering getting a new Mac Pro and I would like to keep the same set up. My question is, can I just move the old RME card over to the new Mac? Not really a computer guy so I'm not sure if the PCIe slots on the new Mac would take my current RayDAT interface. I realize it more than just the card as I might need to update Total Mix and DSP. In this situation, what would you all suggest?

Current versions etc.

Mac Pro 5.1 Quadcore Intel Xeon
Yosemite 10.10.5

HDSPe RayDAT in bus PCI 10ee, 3fc6
Total Mix V1.04
DSP V4.01

Thanks!
Baldy

Re: Old RayDAT into a new Mac Pro

Should be no problem.
You may perform the flash update with the FUT in the old computer before moving the card into the new computer.

The new Mac Pro has a lot PCIe slots
