Topic: Is there a buffer size setting for OSX when UFX III as OS interface?

Hi,

Just curious, as on Windows, there is a buffer size setting in the USB setting app for RME interfaces.

I now have a UFX III (amazing interface!) and OSX, I wonder, when it's used for OSX playback (not with a DAW), is the buffer size fixed? Any way to change it?

Not that it bothers me but I'm curious.

Hi!
On macOS, the buffer size has to be set in the audio application (DAW, editor …).

Ah OK, that's the answer I was looking for. It's fixed for OS apps. Understood!
