Topic: Converting AES to SPDIF rca - best option?

I'm looking at converting an AES (xlr) output from an RME card to SPDIF rca, and it needs to run on a 50 foot (~15m) coax cable to it's destination.

It would be going from an RME interface (tbd) into a Heritage Audio RAM System 2k.

Best way to go about this?

A simple adapter should do the trick
and I would prefer XLR cable over coax cable for long distances.
