Topic: building the snd-hdspe driver

I am having a lot of trouble building the [snd-hdspe][https://github.com/aholzinger/snd-hdspe] driver on arch linux. Has anyone had success, or is willing to try building it? I am desperate so any help or advice is very much appreciated.

I can only tell the same as it seems, you already got a good hint on other forums:

Sorry, no one can help without more details. It appears to be a DKMS module, so you’ll need the appropriate linux-headers package for the kernel(s) you have installed

Maybe the best way would be to open an issue on github in the origin repo with a detailed Description. https://github.com/PhilippeBekaert/snd-hdspe

You will need the 5.18 branch from Schroedingers-Cat to build the driver on modern kernels. You can adapt my guide for Debian 12.
