Topic: confused by warranty : 3 or 5 years ?

Hello,

I'm living in France and I own a 08/2022 ADI-2 DAC fs with a 3 years warranty (as stated on the invoice).
I know some people who have bought ADI-2 DAC fs before me in the same shop (Bax) but with a 5 years warranty on the invoice.

can someone tell me where the difference comes from ? and if it's possible to have a 5 years warranty on my DAC ?

I think this depends on the distributor.
In the past, I noticed that (I think) Synthax UK also gave longer warranties compared to shops in Germany.

I think the most important thing is, that you buy from a distributor that is trusted in this area.

Either way, you have to ask Bax, not us. As stated in the manual we give 2 years warranty. Dealers and distrbutors might give more.
