Topic: recording / nVidia GeForce Experience

I have a question, guys. Is not bad at all, so it doesn't bother me but just out of curiosity.
Sometime when I fly ( Microsoft Flight Simulator 2020) some small aircraft, I play music in the background, from Aimp player
I do record sometimes, but the music isn't recorded only the game sounds
RME ADI 2 DAC FS with Violectric V222
Any advices?
Thank you

Re: recording / nVidia GeForce Experience

Check the audio output channels selected from the Aimp player, set it to the same as the game sound.

From what you say these two sound sources have different routing and the recording can pick up only one.

Re: recording / nVidia GeForce Experience

Yes, there.
You may look into the preferences of the flight-sim first and set the Aimp output to the same output as is selected in the flight sim.
What is the recording software ?
What input is selected there ? It should be the same as the output of the player and flightsim.
It did record the sound of the flightsim before so no need to change anything there.

Re: recording / nVidia GeForce Experience

Thank you so much
It's fine now, I changed it in the Aimp to RME ADI 2 DAC FS
By the way, the sound quality remains the same.

Glad you can work.
