Topic: rme fireface ufx do not booting, constant lights

My fireface ufx do not booting.
I connect it to mains, turn on the power and the screen lights up but still white, leds in the state section are also light up. They still lighting but it seem that the booting process is frozen.
I tried different power cables but the problem remains.
Two weeks ago during the recording session everything was fine.
What is the cause of the problem?

This could be a problem with the internal power supply. Please contact your local distributor or RME dealer for service options.

Please send the unit in, it's likely the power supply.
