I bought a new UCX II (3 months ago) and sent it in for repair (took 2 months for repair, no replacement unit given), and when I got it back, it STILL has pieces of plastic under the screen, LOL.
Also has a bunch of permanent micro scratches on the surface, as you can see. With this purchase, I basically had $1500 tied-up and unusable; I could have bought something like an Apollo or even a Motu. I really like using TotalMix though.
