Topic: 3 band PEQ

I have an older UCX and didn't realize until I saw the posting about the new TM software that it had PEQ.  I didn't think I could do my room with that but I discovered a little right shelf and center boost was able to get me to a 6db range for the room.  I'm told 10db is pretty reasonable for room balance so I'm pretty pleased.

Re: 3 band PEQ

Sorry, I do not understand your posting.
The UCX always had a full implementation of FX including a 3-band PEQ.
When you talk about room correction, do you perhaps mean RoomEQ?
But this is only supported with later devices like UCX II.

Re: 3 band PEQ

The UCX has a 3-band PEQ, not room EQ.  However, it turns out the three bands, actually two, were enough to get my room in a 6db range.

I was not aware this capability existed until I received the email about room EQ in the later models.  This is because my previous software had its own EQ so I never fully explored the UCX.
