Topic: TotalMix remote ipad

Hello
I cannot seem to connect the TotalMix remote iPad app to the Total Mix FX in my MacBook Pro. Followed instructions, enabled User Management in the host computer, then typed the ip address on the app in IPad, no luck. Funny thing is it when I just open the app it states connected for 5 seconds then it goes to “offline”. Didn’t anticipate this to be so obscure. Any suggestions or am I missing something? Are both the iPad and the MBP connected to the same (Wifi) network?

How many IP addresses do you see in the network settings? Is the Remote server activated? Is the port the same?

Thanks for your responses.
In the IPad I see three addresses. Only the first one I have active, and that’s where I copied the address I saw from my computer version of Total Mix. Is that’s how it’s supposed to be set up? I wasn’t clear about that step when I read the manual…
