Topic: UCX Totalmix won't open

I worked with my RME 802 on my macbook pro m1 without any issues. I'm now using a Fireface UCX and Totalmix won't open any more. I'm on the newest OSX version but strangely it also doesn't work on a windows.
I tried to update the firmware but the tool won't open either?

maybe someone can help?

Is the UCX switched in CC mode? (Class Compliant) If so, see manual how to switch it off.
