Topic: Fireface UC knob malfunction

Hello,

the knob of my fireface UC started acting uncorrectly. When I turn the knob to decrease the volume it jump to higher volumes and sometimes go max volume. I can't control it precisely it jumps so much.

Please someone have a solution for this?

What I would try : In Totalmix a Total Reset
and with the FUT a flash update and use flash all option ( hopefully the flashing acts like a factory reset).

I had a similar problem before with my FF UC, for me updating the driver fixed it.

Updating driver or updating firmware has fixed it for you?

If FF UC is run standalone, there is no driver to interact with. So, driver should not influence the eratic behaviour of the knob...

Thank you for your responses! The flash update worked for me it seems to be ok now.
