Topic: Arc USB "Ext Inp"

I've searched Google, YouTube, and here, and I know this is probably incredibly basic, but I can't figure it out.

One of the buttons on the Arc USB (as well as the option to program other buttons this way) is labeled Ext Inp, or External Input.  I've checked everywhere, clicked it, done whatever, and I just can't figure out what it does.  So what does it do?

Again, I'm certain this is basic, I'm just at a total loss.

Thanks in advance.

Re: Arc USB "Ext Inp"

See manual of your recording interface, section TM FX control room (for UFX III it is in ch 25.4).

"External Input. Switches Main monitoring from the mix bus to the stereo input defined in the Settings dialog (F3). The relative volume of the stereo signal is adjusted there as well."

Yep, there it is, and as simple as I expected.  Thank you!
