Topic: UFXII - WDM audio not working
I know this topic has been beat to death. I still can't get Windows audio in the speaker output.
SYSTEM CONFIGURATION
Dell OptiPlex 7010 SFF
Windows 11 Pro
USB Card = Sonnett Allegro USB-C PCIe (ASM 3142 chip)
UFXII running driver 0.9845
WDM DEVICE CONFIGURATION
WDM Devices = 1
WDM Device Name = Analog (1+2)
Speaker = Analog (1+2)
Sample Rate = 24 bit @ 48 kHz
Clock Source = Internal
WINDOWS SOUND CONFIGURATION
Playback Speakers Default Device = RME UFXII
Levels, Analog (1+2) = 100%
Enhancements and Exclusive Mode Settings > Makes no difference.

The RME system side of things works fine in TotalMix; running ADAT and AES devices, no problems, no USB errors at 64 samples, flawless.
When playing a Windows audio source, I DO see the level meter dancing in the Windows Control Panel Sound dialog box for the Default Device (UFXII), but I'm not getting sound out of Analog Out (1+2) to which the speakers are connected. I tried with 41 kHz sample rate without success.
When setting the Windows Default Audio Device to the computer internal device, I do get Windows audio as expected.
Thoughts appreciated!
EDIT: I discovered when I try to do an audio system "Test" from a Windows dialog box, I get a FIFO error in the USB Diagnosis portion of the MADIface Series Settings control panel.
