Topic: RME Fireface UC crashes Macbook

Mac OS 10.15.2 (MacBook Pro (15-inch, 2017))
Fireface UC with the latest firmware (126), the latest driver (v3.18)

When I power off the Fireface UC while connected to my computer, the computer crashes (and reboots). No message in the system.log.

Any tips? Thank you

This is the Touchbar Macbook Pro? Unlucky for you, mine only crashes the whole USB bus when I unplug anything, then needs a reboot.

Seriously though, this must be an Apple hardware issue.

That is correct. Once in a while it also crashes the usb bus, sometimes the touchbar. None of my other hw does this.

My BabyFace Pro Kernel driver also makes My MacBook Pro MacBook Pro 16", 2019, february 2020.
Suddenly the mac pro re starts even if the Soundcard is not installed.

Please proof this by sending the crash log.
