Hello! I am considering purchasing RME PCIe Card(s) for MADI and AVB.

I am used to a world with MOTU where I can set up my AVB Grid, naming all the sources once (the physical inputs to the AVB network), and then when I re-patch or make any changes to the AVB Grid, those channel-NAMES are provided to the macOS driver. ANY macOS driver can provide alternate channel-names to the macOS Core Audio framework.

I have attached some images showing the channel names in the AVB grid, the Audio/MIDI Setup app, and in Logic Pro.

Is this something RME can do? If not, since it is part of the CoreAudio framework and MOTU Is doing it, what would it take to have RME also add this feature?
