Topic: Madiface USB Problems on Installation

hi!

trying to install madiface usb on my new MacBook Pro M4 Pro running Logic 11.1. so far no luck unfortunately! installed the latest drivers from RME site, madiface connected via hub.
- Mac system sees the madiface on the hub
- totalmix reeds "disconnected"
- madiface doesn't show in audio/midi setup on the Mac
- madiface doesn't show in logic, no ins/outs to choose

any hints?

team viewer already installed and waiting for support...

thanks

Re: Madiface USB Problems on Installation

did you check the startup items ?
MacOS system preferences / general / startup items and extensions
scroll down to driver extensions
Click the i-icon right-end side.
It may reveal a switch to enable the driver
