Topic: Nuendo 4.2 Input/Output Discrepancy...huh?

Just got a HDSPe Aes and i'm wondering whether in Nuendo 4.2,  within the Device Setup,  is a non matching input latency to output latency relationship normal?

IE  Input Latency:     2.971 ms
      Output Latency : 3.696 ms

at 128(3ms) buffers size

i thought they both had to be synchronous...am i wrong?

if it isn't how do i go about fixing this.


btw..i owned a lynx card...pulled out for this one....and this one totally blew me away.

That is caused by the additional playback buffer, as noted in the driver readme. Glad you like it!
