Topic: PCM/DSD resampling/upsampling feature

Hi experts,

Is the PCM/DSD resampling/upsampling feature supported or roadmapped?

I mean low-res input stream conversion to higher depths (f.e. 16 bits to 24/32 bits) and freqs x2/x4 (44 to 96/192; 96 to 192/384) for better consuming DAC capabilities.

Any thoughts?

SRC is already there. See chapter 8.6 of the manual.

Re: PCM/DSD resampling/upsampling feature

Manual of ADI-2 Pro (FS), Page 16:

8.6 SRC (Sample Rate Conversion)
The ADI-2 Pro includes an asynchronous stereo sample rate converter (SRC). A SRC allows a conversion of the sample rate in real-time. The converter used in the ADI-2 Pro operates practi-cally without loss of signal quality, so no audible artefacts or noise is added. It also handles inter-sample peaks (ISP) up to +3 dBFS without added distortion. In fact, the SRC works so well that we could recommend to just leave it on at all times, thus eliminating all clock problems right from the start. Which is the case for the SPDIF input in Auto mode.
... and so one ...

What are we talking about?

P.S.: Sorry, second ...
