Topic: Intel OSX driver for HDSP AES32 (PCI Version)??? Have I not thought???

Hi All,

I have just installed and AES32 PCI card in my machine. I dual boot this machine with both Winxp32 and OSX 10.5.5 (installed off the retail OSX DVD)

The card works perfectly under windows. I have the latest firmare flashed to the card.

On OSX I tried the hdsp_175_x86.gz driver, does this driver has no support for AES32 PCI???? Or is the 234 firmware I flashed on with windows the issue....?

The driver mpkg executes properly and gives me the message to restart, but upon reboot I cannot 'see' the card and the HDSP mixer and HDSP settings wont start when i try to launch them....

Any ideas? I know this isn't 'supported' but I just want to know if it 'should' work.

Other PCI cards in the same machine DO work in OSX 10.5.5 for me....(UAD1, LaCie FW800 card)

Cheers!

Sam
