Topic: ADI-2 and Edirol 2496

Sorry for my english...
I'm about to buy an ADI-2 and i have some questions.
Does the ADI works with the EDIROL 2496 SPIF/Coaxial IN ?
Then, does the signal will be in stereo (if i rec with the 2 XLR IN? ).
