Topic: Preset location for dc record

Is it possible to pre determine the location for the recording, in case I wnt to use a different hard drive?

of course... IIRC, you are even required to choose a directory upon first run of DC...

I did a test run last night and I wasn't given the opportunity to choose a location until after the recording stopped?

would you mind taking a look through the program settings, please? you are gonna find something like "temporary directory"... roll

hint: the DC help is a great advisor sometimes...

Thanks Jeff and Laex (even if laex is a little testy). I'll check it out tonight.
I looked last night but only had limited time and I'm trying to learn alot at once, it's a little overwhelming.  My rig usually stays in the band truck but I brought it home to learn more about totalmix and digicheck.
