my name is maor and i am from israel,

month ago i got a lightning sroke and my rme fireface 800 stop working at the moment it strike,

after several phone calls to the shop i bought the rme, with no answer from the shop , i decieded to contact rme support,
at the moment i have sent my first email i also recieved after only 5 min reply from mr. Stefan Betzenbichler.
he told me that the shop i have boght the rme has went out from business, i started to worry what sohuld i do ?
mr.Stefan  said to me, do not worry , and he was right . i have sent the rme to germany and mr.Michael Hoepp and mr.Stefan Betzenbichler
notified me all the time that the product was there. great work guys and thank you very much.
