Topic: fireface 400 pb with "factory programming"
Hi,
i just buy a Fireface 400 . I have install the drivers and update de firmware and a message comes when clicking on the fireface settings:
" Factory programming not complete"
"Record and playback is disabled. Your device should be returned to the factory. Please contact our technical support at support@synthax.de"
Could you help me?
