Topic: HDSP 9632 with "black" metal slot vs. "silver" metal slot - the same?

hi,

these 2 cards looks identically but the "black" is older i think?

can someone explain me what are the differences in details?

No board differences I think. Just the new silver slot ...

hmm... what about sample rate? the same?

the think is that i have bought those cards because i have changed my Mac G5. as far as i remember there was an issue with PCI / PCI-X slots?

but maybe it's just my dreams... smile

PCI-X issues never affected HDSP cards, only older types (Digi 96 and 9636/52).
