Topic: FF 400 and windows 7 64 bit

hi
i recently purchased a new pc and i want to switch to 64 bit OS because my Ram is not recognized completely.
my question is :

is the driver for FF 400 stable on windows 7 64bit?

and another one:

if i use windows 64 bit, can i use CUBASE 4 32 bit daw, and 32 bit vst plug ins with it and without problems?

The driver is stable for me on W7 64 bits.

I use Cubase 5 32 bits/32 bits plugins and also the 64 bits version of Cubase 5 with no problems.
